Provide comprehensive, evidence-based medical care to an assigned panel and to patients across multiple settings within scope of practice and granted privileges. Perform medical screening examinations and secure health and medical history from the patient or family member. Interpret and act upon diagnostic findings; diagnose disease, illness, disorder, or injury and institute and develop treatment plans. Work collaboratively with the physician in patient management, evaluation, and revision of therapeutic plans.
