The real thing

How a real Valorem recruiter writes to you

Five things you can count on, every time.

  • From an address at @valoremhealth.com in the form [email protected].
  • By email only. We do not call or text unless you ask us to.
  • With pay ranges on every role, before you decide.
  • With your written OK before any submission to an employer.
  • We never ask for money, gift cards, crypto or bank details by text or chat.
  • Shift Reports come from [email protected].
Red flags

Walk away if you see any of these

One is enough to stop and check.

  • Anyone who asks you for money, gift cards, crypto or bank details by text.
  • Interviews held only on Telegram, Signal or WhatsApp.
  • An email from a domain that looks like ours but is not @valoremhealth.com.
  • Pressure to decide before you have seen pay ranges.
  • An offer for a job you did not apply for, with pay far above the market.
  • A request to pay for equipment, training or a background check before you start.
  • Links that lead to a login page asking for your password or Social Security number.
