Common questions

How long is a travel assignment?

Most are 13 weeks. Your recruiter tells you the length, start date and shift before you decide.

Do I need a license in the state I travel to?

Yes. A multistate license from a compact home state covers other compact states; otherwise you apply by endorsement with the state board. The requirement is set on each role.

How is travel pay shown?

As weekly gross pay, so you can compare offers on the same basis. Ask your recruiter to split taxable pay from stipends.

Will a recruiter call me?

No cold calls. We email you, and you reply when something fits. Nothing is submitted to an employer without your written OK.

Can I switch to another hiring model later?

Yes. Tell your recruiter and they will send you roles in the other model.
