What we promise, in writing
- We never call without your permission. Our default is email, and a phone call happens only if you ask for one.
- We never sell or share your data. Your details go to the recruiter who works your report and to the systems needed to deliver it.
- We never submit you without your written OK. We show a role to a hospital only after you say yes to that specific role.
- We never ask you for money, gift cards, crypto or bank details by text.
- Every email from us comes from an @valoremhealth.com address. Check any recruiter with our verify tool.
- Pay ranges appear on every role we publish, before you decide to reply.

Why we wrote it down
Most healthcare staffing agencies are known for the same things: a phone that rings the minute you fill in a form, a job submitted to a hospital before you saw it, and pay you learn only at the end of the call. We built Valorem Health to be the opposite, and we put it in writing so you can hold us to it.
The promise is a rule for how our team works, not only a line of copy. Every request starts as an email conversation, and a phone call needs your yes first.
What a Valorem Health recruiter will never do
- Ask you for money, gift cards, crypto or bank details by text.
- Interview you only through Telegram, Signal or WhatsApp.
- Write from an address that does not end in @valoremhealth.com.
- Submit you to a hospital before you say yes to that role.

Scammers copy staffing agencies. Check the recruiter with the verify tool, read our fraud alert, and report suspicious messages to [email protected].
