How to tell it is really us

Scammers copy company names and job posts. These six checks take less than a minute.

  • The address is [email protected] or a shared mailbox from the list. Anything else is not us.
  • Read the domain letter by letter. It is valoremhealth.com, with no extra words, hyphens or different endings.
  • We write by email first. We do not call or text unless you ask us to.
  • We show pay on every role and never ask for money, gift cards, crypto or bank details.
  • Nothing goes to an employer without your written OK.
  • Your Shift Report comes from [email protected], never from a personal Gmail or Outlook address.

Shared mailboxes

Besides personal addresses, these are the only other addresses we write from. The checker above knows them too.

If a message does not add up

  1. Do not click links or open attachments.
  2. Paste the sender’s address into the checker at the top of this page.
  3. Forward the message to [email protected].
  4. If you already replied or paid, follow the steps on the verify a recruiter page and report it at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

How do I know a recruiter email is real?

Paste the address into the checker at the top of this page. It matches every personal address and shared mailbox we use. If the address is not on the list, it is not us.

Will a Valorem recruiter call or text me first?

No. We write by email first and only call or text after you ask us to. Pay is shown on every role and we never ask for money or bank details.

Why does only leadership have photos?

Leaders are shown with their photos. Everyone else is listed with a name, role and verified email, so the directory stays quick to scan and easy to check.

Who will be my recruiter?

You work with one recruiter who matches your profession and the state you want. That person stays with you from your first email through credentialing and your first week.

Are the recruiters licensed clinicians?

29 of our 72 recruiters hold a clinical license or certification, such as RN, respiratory therapist, physical therapist or pharmacist. Their credentials are shown next to their names.

I am an employer. Who do I contact?

What should I do with a suspicious message that uses the Valorem name?

Do not reply or click links. Forward it to [email protected] and report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
