Make behavioral health diagnoses and provide individual and group therapy, using various modalities such as brief problem-focused psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and client-centered therapy through evidence based clinical modalities. Provide targeted assessments of patients, including diagnostic impressions or functional status focused on the presenting problem. Plan and organize work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust long and short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
