Serves as an expert on pharmaceuticals, pharmacokinetics and pharmacotherapeutics in all patient age groups. Knowledge of the drugs and pharmaceuticals available, their interaction, provides authoritative instructions, advice and assistance to prescribing and dispensing officials on effectiveness, suitability, hazards, and other aspects of their use. Advise on the safe and effective use of drug treatments and alternatives.
