Perform advanced clinical laboratory testing and complex emergency analyses across all major laboratory departments to ensure proper performance and meet Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) requirements. Oversee the collection, handling, preparation, and shipment of diagnostic specimens ensuring all procedures adhere to established clinical standards and laboratory protocols. Modify new testing methods, procedures, and techniques to solve highly complex laboratory problems and expands available clinical services.
