Duties from the announcement

Process medication orders by using computerized order entry in and extraction of pertinent drug data from patient charts and/ or through patient interview. Identify situations independently and adjusts accordingly for final screening by Pharmacist. Prepare, stores, and issues sterile and non-sterile drug preparations following established guidelines. Use computer system for data collections and monitoring to include individualized medication profiles, prescription fill data, provide medical information, and identify potential drug interactions and substitutions or generic drug replacement.
