Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional The Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Social Worker assures adequate identification and treatment of a variety of emotional, psychiatric, and behavioral concerns of Veterans in a primary care setting. Imbedded in the Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT) to provide brief assessment, therapy, and mental health support for Veterans in collaboration with the PACT providers.
