Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provides leadership in the application of the nursing process to client care, organizational processes and/or systems, improving outcomes at the program or service level. Provides leadership in identifying and addressing ethical issues that could impact the patient and staff, to include initiating and participating in ethical consultations. Manages program resources (financial, human, material or informational) to facilitate safe, effective and efficient care. Provides care, as needed, respecting patient's personal values, cultural and belief system.
