Major duties include, but are not limited to: The Assistant Program Manager Supervisor may be responsible for the program's budget, developing and monitoring staff compliance with practice, standards and guidelines on documentation, workload, data entry, ethical practice and service delivery. Assumes supervisory and administrative responsibility for the management of the assigned mid-level supervisors and other designated staff who function within the various treatment programs of the MHRRTP.
