Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional Function or scope of assigned duties: The SDTP Sober Living and Residential Treatment Contract Liaison is assigned administrative responsibility for managing the residential treatment and short-term sober living contracts for substance use disorders for patients in the SDTP. This will involve facilitating the referral, admission and discharge process, monitoring quality and safety standards, adherence to the contract and patient care outcomes, giving input regarding design of services, and assuring timely access to services.
