Duties from the announcement

The LPN is responsible for assisting the PACT with ongoing, continuous care of one of more assigned panel of Veterans. This LPN is responsible for basic LPN duties as listed below and other duties as assigned: Provide direct patient care. Monitoring vital signs. Observes, records and reports patient's response or changes in patient's condition. Assisting the provider with exam/procedures. Keeping Veterans advised of delay/wait times. Reviewing daily clinic schedule for patient care needs. Promptly recognizes and responds to urgent or emergent situations. Checks daily equipment/supplies and restocks the exam rooms.
