Obtaining, recording, and reporting vital signs and measurements according to established Standing Orders Policy. Performing, reporting, and recording assigned nursing duties including oxygen therapy, immunization and medication administration, finger stick blood glucose test, insulin pump, continuous glucose monitor insertion, Zio Patch, EKG, and PVR bladder scan.
