Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level. At the full performance level, the incumbent will perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to the following: Participates with the surgical team members in planning and implementing complex procedures under the general supervision of the surgical team.
