Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional The mission of Intensive Community Mental Health Recovery (ICMHR) is to provide Veterans living with serious mental illness (SMI) with intensive, recovery-oriented services that promote independence, stability, and meaningful community living. ICMHR serves Veterans whose complex needs may not be adequately addressed through traditional outpatient care and operates similarly to an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model, providing individualized, interdisciplinary services primary in community settings.
