Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional The duties of the Senior Social Worker - Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program include, but are not limited to: Provides specialized evidence-based treatment to Veterans enrolled in BHIP at VHSO and its CBOCs. Functions as a licensed independent provider of mental health services. Conducts full psychosocial diagnostic evaluations using the most currently available edition of the American Psychiatry Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual. Manages screenings, assessments, treatment planning, care provision, and discharge planning at an advanced practice level.
