Common questions
Does it cost anything?
No. The report is free for candidates. Employers pay us.
What will I get, and when?
Within 24 hours on business days you get one email: pay at named employers near you, what they are offering now, and the open roles we have in your city and state for your profession.
Where does the pay data come from?
From the pay range on current job postings and from employer-reported wage offers in federal filings with the U.S. Department of Labor. Each figure in your report says which one it is.
Will a recruiter call me?
No. We contact candidates by email only. A recruiter writes after you reply, and nothing is submitted to an employer without your written OK.
Is this a job application?
No. It is a report by email. You only apply by replying to a role you like, and we never send your details to an employer without your written OK.
Why is it free?
Employers pay us when we place someone. The report helps you decide, and it is how we start a conversation you control.
Can I choose more than one profession or another city?
Yes. Add a second profession in the form, or reply to the email and your recruiter adds more, including other cities.
How often will you email me, and can I stop?
You get one report. Fresh reports every 2 weeks only if you tick that box. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
What do you do with my email address?
We use it to send your report and roles that match. We do not sell your information. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the Notice at Collection.
