Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional The Care Coordination, Advocacy, Treatment, and Connections to Housing (CATCH) Social Work Program Coordinator provides professional, clinical, and administrative case management for the CATCH Program in the Social Work Service care line. The (CATCH) Social Work Program Coordinator provides Social Work services on an outreach basis, specifically targeting Veterans experiencing homelessness who have high utilization of VANCHCS and community emergency departments.
