Major Duties: Provides leadership to a multidisciplinary team through monthly meetings and individual face to face contacts. Establishes functional work relationships and facilitates communication regarding GEC and Specialty Program issues and changes with various disciplines who have responsibility in each program. Reviews requests for authorization of veterans to determine whether they meet eligibility criteria for inclusion in the CADHC program in the capacity as Coordinator for the Contract Adult Day Health Care Program.
