Duties from the announcement

Duties include but not limited to: Supervises a group of employees performing work at various GS levels up to their own grade and provides administrative, technical, and clinical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit. Perform the administrative and personnel management functions relative to the staff supervised. Provide informal feedback and periodically evaluates employee performance. Establish a working monthly schedule for 24/7 mental health coverage in the Emergency Department to include holidays. Perform specialized treatment of complex physical and mental illness.
