This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and will remain open until December 14, 2026. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applications will be October 23, 2026. Eligible applications received after that date will be referred at regular intervals until positions are filled. **A recruitment and relocation incentive may be offered for a highly qualified applicant** Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional Social worker on the Substance Use Disorder Program (SUDP) provides comprehensive social work services to patients seeking services from this program and to patients accepted into one of these SUDP programs.
