Directs and oversees nursing operations, including staff scheduling, workload distribution, patient flow, equipment and supply needs, and coordination of clinical services to ensure safe and effective delivery of patient care. Performs full supervisory and personnel management responsibilities, including assigning and evaluating work, establishing performance expectations, counseling employees, addressing performance and conduct issues, identifying training needs, approving leave, and participating in recruitment and selection activities.
